SPECIALTY INSTRUCTOR
As a PADI Instructor you will soon become aware that the more courses you can teach the more valuable you will be and also the more fun you will have in your teaching career. Imagine teaching the open-water course or DSD's day in day out. Following continuing education reduces burn out and adds some spice to your instructor life.
By taking specialty courses you get the teaching techniques direct from the Course Director and the knowledge to safely teach the specialty of your choice. Also by doing this it gives you the opportunity to teach the courses that you most enjoy. This way you get to have fun and get paid for it at the same time. During the specialty instructor training program, you receive valuable hands on training, technique demonstrations, program marketing information, current PADI standards and, when applicable instructor level open water training. Specialty instructor training courses which are offered are: Deep, Navigation, Drift, Night, Wreck, Enriched air, Multi level, Search & Recovery, Diver propulsion vehicle, Underwater photographer.
